Whoever said that you can find a studio for $500/month "EASY", obviously does not know what they are talking about. The cheapest studio I have heard of while living here was $600/month and in a very rundown building. I am headed to PP for a few months very soon, can't wait to see how the city has changed since my last visit. I'll definitely be stopping by River King, but I am taking a trip to Siem Reap first. Let me know if anyone has a place and needs a roommate. If not then ill just get an apartment. Hope all is well with everyone.
I lived in Vegas for 6 years and back in 2005 or 2006 I had a three bedroom in a nice Henderson neighborhood with some roommates for $1,100. I doubt that I could get that now. When I last lived there I had friends with a studio right behind the Mirage and they were going for $600 so I'm sure it's more now.
Glad to hear that you'll be coming to Cambodia as I always enjoy it when people from Vegas drop by. Talk to the guys at Riverking and they can help you with a place to live. The games there are about to get tons better as there is a huge Chinese contingency coming in this entire month. I hope I'm in PP at the same time you are or perhaps you'll find time to drop by Sihanoukville.
