Awesome, thanks for the input guys. Really appreciate it.

Yeah that's my plan now. I already found some nice Hotel-ish locations on Booking and I'll get in contact with them.
Man, the Queenco Deluxe Doubleroom for around 70-80 bucks looks so nice. It would be perfect for me, but I think even if I can negotiate a set 3 month stay or more it would be too expensive, but I'll ask them also, just out of curiosity.
Thanks for the other links too, I'm gonna check them out.

If you want to eat healthy you'll have to cook a lot. The two main markets are Samudera and Orange Market (Google is your friend) but you may want to checkout the big local market Phsar Leu. Sharpen your negotiating skills and learn to walk away. The Tuk Tuks are completely mobbed up there so they'll cost you more than even Phnom Penh. I would suggest getting a moto to get around. Most gym rat friend's of mine went to the Golden Lion Gym. Avoid Serendipity and Ocheuteal Beach; you'll most likely enjoy Otres 1 and 2 much better. Personally I didn't live on the beach but rather downtown. The city is small enough that nothing is really far away. If you lived in downtown you would still be able to get to all the beaches relatively quickly. One of the better spots in that area to live was where my buddy 4_chainz and another poker playing couple lived. If you look up his old posts you should be about to find pictures of the apartment. Or you can call Madam Ek at 011872590 but she speaks limited English. Good luck and feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.

Where do I get these 4G Sim Cards? Directly at the airport? Regarding my diet and healthy eating, I have no worries at all. I am what you would call a fruitarian. Means I'm eating mostly just fruits over the day and then in the evening a starchy meal with vegetables. The fruits in Thailand are epic, so I guess in Cambodia it's not much different. Can you elaborate on why I should avoid certain beaches? I'm gonna check out 4_chainz appartment pics later, definetly also interested in what I can get apartment-wise with my budget.
So my general plan for now is: fly to Bangkok, stay there for 3-4 nights. Take a flight to Pnom Phen, stay there for a couple of nights. Get a Business visa for one year there (280$ or so I read) and then see where I'm going to stay. Maybe Pnom Phen is cool for me and I like it and I decide to stay there for the first time, who knows. Definetly going to check out Hotels and Appartments there also.
