cant help with 1 or 2

internet is great, strong signal every hotel ive been at except 1 (4 total) and that one was still decent

occasionally some disconnect issues, but they are always very quick, only 1 day have they been frequent, didnt grind in PP but was online and always had strong signal there also

my power adapter i got in PI works here, outlet looks the same to me

metfone for backup, its $30 to get a USB dongle and then many different options, im doing $5 a month for 1.7 gb

i have no clue what that means btw, but ive been told thats much more than i will need as long as im not surfing the web and downloading movies, and only using it when needed

might be other companies, but been told metfone is the biggest/most reliable provider out here


as far as hotels just giving 2nd hand info but supposedly the red fox is in a good area to stay around, but some hotel across from it called the lux is nicer and had good internet

also walkabout hotel or "wan lang kan" on street 278 are supposedly decent places to stay but dont know about internet, flamingo hotel also in good location

If that is where you dream about being, and your plan is to sit in your room and grind online, why not just do it from there?

I arrived yesterday in PP for the first time, for some grinding and my 1year Thai visa was running out. I went clubbing to the supposedly best bars, walked around through the streets and tought to myself: DAMN, THESE GIRLS ARE SO ****ING UGLY.
There faces are rough and dark, there noses are very wide. In total desperation, i asked some least ugly girls to come with me and all 3 of them asked 50 usd for the night. Very dissapointing especially as i spent the last year in phuket where there were pretty girls in abundance for 15-30usd.

At least i will not be tempted to club a lot and stay grinding here or in naga.

its more expensive there in just about every way (except food)

to get any sort of a decent place itll cost $300 a month + electric (which is expensive there) and + internet

compared to here being $250 a month everything included

You spent 1 night in Thailand K2D. If you had spent longer you'd realise that it's no harder to pick up a Khmer girl in Thailand than it is in Cambodia, since a significant percentage of girls in the tourist-oriented sex industry come from Ubon, Buriram and surrounding provinces.

Check out this handy map. The national boundaries haven't been in place that long, and many of those Thais are ethnic Khmer and still speak Khmer. Saying you prefer Cambodians to Thais is like saying you prefer Austrians to Germans. Fairly meaningless since they are effectively the same ethnic group.

That's said it's more likely you prefer Vietnamese girls, which are rare in Thailand but quite common in Cambodia.

i can tell the difference between viatnemese and cambo over here, its very obvious, viatnemese are also paler and have the more asiany eyes, but they seem to have prettier faces than thais (tiny sample size though)

my fav are PI girls, and cambo look very similar, thai do not
