Can anyone tell me where the best/biggest cash game for No Limit Hold 'Em in Sihanoukville is on a nightly basis? Fortuna? Does Holiday Palace have anything? Any other casinos worth visiting? How do these places compare to Naga in Phnom Penh? Naga has been very active lately.

Fortuna is pretty dead for Poker now. Only regular game is the Saturday tournament with a guaranteed $1k first prize, last week they only had two tables.

The Queenco casino on Victory Beach is the place for midnight cash games now, playing every night till daylight.

Nowhere in Sihanoukville plays up to Naga levels. Still a good game to be had though.

What is the buy in at The Queenco casino? I am assuming it is a 1-2 game? And how much do people buy in on average? And does it player bigger on the weekend's?

I know, I know, a few questions, but was planning on going to Snooky for a week or so, and while I mainly play online, my buddy is a live player. So would be good to have more info. Thx!

Minimum buy in is $100 and yes it's a 1-2 game.

Most will buy in for $200, depends on what stage you join though.

Any night is pretty much the same (every night is a saturday night in Sihanoukville ). That said, they are running a bus from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville now at Weekends, that may bring a few extra in.

Thanks for the reply, very helpful. I would love to play some tournaments at the bar but my friends are looking for bigger cash games. Can you tell me what the blinds are on your Sunday cash game? That might be more my speed.

Normally, 25-50c, but since we started playing a cash game on wednesday nights as well a couple of weeks back, the blinds have grown to 1-2 as well.

This may just be a temporary thing, if it sticks though, we'll introduce another smaller game to bring in some balance. Not everyone wants to play the bigger stakes.

I was there a couple of weeks ago to watch the NRL and IIRC a tower of Angkor was $5 or something and the food was reasonably priced. Can't comment on the staff because it was only about 2 in the afternoon and I guess most of them hadn't arrived yet.

lol, how much time have you spent in Cambodia?

Not sure how lazy our staff are compared to others, but I reckon they're not too bad. I can be a real ******* though.

Incidentally, Nero has returned home to Finland now, we have Mom dealing. You may know her from The Red Fox in Phnom Penh, she dealt there for a few years.
