lol hundreds are very tilting, it can be hard to break a 20 let alone 100, if the riel is over 4000 per dollar then you should exchange the hundos for riel, can do at samadura, big market, or there is an italian restaurant right across from the golden lions (beach side) that sometimes does money exchange and the guy gives a very favorable rate (ie he is bad at math and gives out like 4300 instead of 4030)
