Wearing a condom is akin to locking the car door before going to a friend's house for 5 minutes. Sure it's nearly impossible for your car to be stolen in that time, but it's so easy to lock the door and give yourself peace of mind that to not do it is foolish.

B) only one i know of is sihanoukville, stay in a hotel next to other hotels, go to the neighboring ones during the day order a drink and get their wifi password, this will give you many different backup options

if you are gonna be here for awhile would be wise to get a metfone usb dongle for $35 as backup, or if you are in a "y5net" hot spot just use that at $10 a month


internet can be really solid most of the time so if you find a hotel with a good one stay there, if it goes out on you a couple times in the night find a new place the next day

i was told of an apt that has a gym in it that is like $450ish a month furnished, thats really pricy for here so i assume it would be nice

im paying $330 a month now, but it started at $250 in august and september, then $280 in october, $300 in november, $330 for december as its peak season now

metfone would probably be the best backup internet, if you get an apt it might be your primary internet, that would be fine but it would get a bit pricey if you wanted to download/stream tv/movies

I always saved my big notes for paying the hotel bill or some of the nicer restaurants along the riverfront where I would spend $10-$20 and it was never an issue. Really I don't think you will have a problem breaking the big notes at any place that caters predominantly to tourists.
