Information about Sihanoukville

Hi everybody, i'm thinkin to pimp my bankroll a little bit more and then try to live somewhere in Asia.
i read a lot about Cambodia and since i would like to live close to the ocean i think sihanoukville can be a good place to start
The best would be Koh Rong but i think i will have a lot of problem with internet connections
Someone is livin/grinding there or can give me some information?
