Hey guys, we have 2 spots from 1st of april in our Grindhouse in Chiang Mai!

We are currently with 9 grinders from; Sweden, Holland, Germany, UK, Russia and Finland and we play all kinds of games up to highstakes 6max. Two of us are going to leave us at the end of this month. One guy has to go home because of family matters and the other is going to travel through Thailand, for this reason we have 2 spots coming up in April.

What will become available?

Balcony room with ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. Kingsize bed (incl covers etc), desk and office chair. The total room is ~40m2.
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Kingsize bed, desk and office chair. The total room is ~50m2.

The difference between the balcony room and master bedroom is that the master is a bit bigger and it has a bath. Besides the rooms offer the same beds, desks and chairs.

We have 3 internet connections available with 16mb/s internet package, maid comes every Wednesday. all utilities included. The houses are brand new and we are the first renters. A few people have showed interested. We ask 19k baht (~585$) for a month included everything and we accept payments on stars or skrill. We will give discount with taking 3 months or more.

$585 for a room? how much is the total rent on the house if you don't mind me asking.

I don't want to sound out of line but it sounds like you guys are making a huge mark up per room? Surely a 20sq meter room in a house in CM can't be close to $600 a month unless I am missing something? Houses are much better value than condos, and I find it hard to believe that the room posted is actually worth more than $200-300/month.
