I am looking into the option of moving to Croatia. From what I have seen so far it looks like a beautiful country. Im a full time online poker pro. I am looking for an online pro who lives there currently, who could hopefully help me with the tax situation.

Does this mean that the poker operator already withholds the tax owed when you are cashing out, or when the winnings come into your account?
Really looking for someone who lives there for already for awhile and could shed some light on this, and just the tax situation in general.
