It's Info, I'm surprised we even got 3 streams. It took him like a week to splice together the "highlight" video on YouTube, then he couldn't even be arsed to go out streaming to capitalize on any people that might have been intrigued by the YT video and wanting to check out a livestream the next day.

I think he thought the stream would blow up pretty quickly and have a few hundred viewers after a couple streams, but when he realized he'd have to put in a bit of time and effort he just said **** it.

You can watch the replay on his channel on twitch. Last streaming was about the birthday of a random girl, probably girl friend of the girl with who he was. Cliffs: do nothing, act weird the whole time, don't talk to anyone, say to the girl "I am streaming right now, I have xxxx numbers of people watching right now" (lol, so wrong. Hookers or sluts could maybe give a **** but non working girls? lol, just LOL).

If so he's ****ing delusional. As I said before he started to stream, it was a fail before his stream started, Info has a ton of leaks in his social game, not hard to feel it by reading his blog. He should take it as an opportunity to step up his game, ask advices itt how to approach girls / how to make small talk like a boss. Ev+ for his life guarantee, then after that maybe start to make some money while streaming.

I think the criticism here is warranted but a bit harsh. Being a good streamer as a random dude in the PH requires significant social skills, the willingness to put yourself out there and possibly look stupid, and an interesting personality for the viewers to interact with. Info falls short on all of these unfortunately and I don't think those hurdles can be overcome in the long run. I would absolutely be giving up any hope of a steady income through streaming / uploading and just focusing on poker if I were him.

I think it is pretty sad with how fast InfoShoves gives up as soon as there are issues/no immediate gratification. Like genuinely many of us have been rooting for him. But as it is in life sucess for most of us requires hard work except for the few naturally gifted ones.

Yah, as someone who's never been to SEA, I found it pretty fascinating. I think there's something there, just needed to work out the kinks with lag, too much dead-time on public transport, and promising certain content and not delivering.

The streaming experience

Overall I think my first 4 streams over an 8 day period have been an OK start, I just failed my goal to stream everyday. The content was nothing special but seemed alright for starting out and it has taught me a lot about streaming - getting used to talk to girls while holding a camera in my face (which is surprisingly hard), learning what types of content to stream, technical aspects, etc.

The reason I haven't streamed since the Tagaytay stream was that after streaming a nice trip I didn't want to go back to streaming at the mall. I wanted to raise the bar and stream stuff like going to nightclubs or going on dates with girls, but then I got flaked on and instead of having an alternative stream at the mall decided not to stream at all until I have something special to stream. I've realized that approach is not viable though and if I want to stream regularly there will have to be some classic mall streams as it's impossible to do something special everyday.

I've decided I'll make myself less pressure on having to do something special every stream and more pressure on actually streaming everyday no matter what. The result would be a more unfiltered insight into my life.

So yeah, from Sunday will be my second attempt at streaming daily.

The cringe

Rewatching my streams, I think my biggest problem talking to girls that makes it "cringy" or "weird" is my nervous body language* and not talking confidently (stammering or lots of Uhm's). In my 1 year in the Phils before streaming I've asked 3 girls for their number and other than that only handed out notes so I don't have much practice at small talk. Holding a camera in my face while trying to focus on talking to the girl makes it even harder. Still that's nothing practice can't fix. Watching almost any streamer's or YouTuber's old first videos, they're all awkward then gradually improved with practice.

*Someone pointed out my eye movement and it's true, I never noticed that but saw it on stream. When I'm nervous I can't seem to sustain eye contact and blink like a mother****er. Other than that I noticed I'm not sitting upright or with crossed arms like in this pic with the half Japanese girl (thanks LB btw):
