Brah your study you have posted talks about omega3/6, EPA + DHA and fatty acids. It doesn't talks about all the toxins (aka antibiotics, dioxins, PCBs, mercury &co) that you can find in a farmed salmon.
“The benefits of eating fish far outweigh the insignificant risk of pollutants and other substances,” said random fuker (who probably sold his soul for money), of Norway’s Scientific Committee for Food Safety (VKM).
For the tuna, nah no broscience lol, the dude from bodybuilding.com is a Dr so he must be qualified to talk about it, r-rr-r-right?? Just by curiosity I did a little bit more research. Apparently some species of tuna contain a higher amount of mercury than others. So if you eat your tuna only from canned ''light'' tuna or Skipjack tuna 2-3x a week you should be fine. http://www.nutritionmyths.com/how-mu...s-safe-to-eat/
