Sounds like a plan...

In Germany, where info is from, you'll be lucky if you get anything by age 70, which statistically means just a couple years before you die.

Low IQ muslim invaders from the most impoverished backwards places of the muslim world will also make up the majority of "Germans" by then which means the whole country will inevitably collapse and only god knows what comes then (Caliphate of Germanistan anyone?).

Either way, everybody is the maker of their own demise and the 20s are to be somewhat lived and not to be ground up in the ever harder to win rat race imo if you have the chances at all to explore the world. He's not some 50 year old degening his life savings away in SEA.
I agree with your last paragraph. The rest is Alex Jones territory and I'll spare you any further comment on that

According to the latest "micro-census," the number of people in Germany with immigrant roots rose to 19.3 million last year. Although society is becoming more diverse, many have argued that it's not become more open.

https://www.dw.com/en/german-populat...017/a-44906046

About 23 percent (184,700) of all newborns were born to non-German women.

https://www.politico.eu/article/germ...st-in-decades/

Then there are millions of children of turks with German citizenships so the real rate is even higher.

Ethnic Germans will probably be completely gone within the next 100 years.

The US is getting majority non white as well.

Let's say 50% of today's digital nomads will have their needs met at an old age. Wouldn't it be agonizing to know you could've been among those 50%* instead of spending the best years of your life slaving in the West?

*The real question is whether someone that couldn't even set up a simple blog could make it to the top 50% of something that requires technological adaptability. Maybe McDonald's was the right choice for you.
I hate to say that 50% is extremely generous if your talking digital nomads will have a secure retirement. I bet its under 5%. Hate to give LOL69 some ammo there but its a reality when a million in today dollars is kinda meh.

Im glad people like Pooter and I beat the odds.

As for LOL69 working at McDonalds, I dont think so. He is more like some sort of backend office cubicle guy like out of the show the Office. He may have a few lackeys under him but no way he is cracking 45k a year and looking at a pension that tops at 2500k a month.

I should've specified basic needs (food, a home, etc) which I guess at least 50% of retired digital nomads will have.

As long as those needs will be met, I don't pay any thought to whether my 65+ year old self will be comfortably off or making ends meet. The best 80-90% of my life will be over anyway.

I think it's far more important to make memories and be happy at 20-60 than to sit on a lot of money at 65+.

at 50 your memories are just that. you don't spend your days reminiscing about banging some sluts in your 20s.

As a digital nomad you'll spend your days reminiscing about doing exactly what you wanted, whether that's banging hoes in SEA 365 days a year, traveling a dozen countries a year, living in a tent in the Amazon or whatever floats your boat. As a 9-5 slave you'll never have that freedom.

All those suckers saving for their retirement will never know the simple joy of creampieing Pinays and then blocking them on skype after u knock them up.

Info, have you ever had a real job or career? What is your education level?

You paint anyone with a normal job with the same brush as a "slave" without realizing that there are thousands and thousands of different career paths in hundreds of markets.

EDIT: Also, what about the millions of entrepreneurs out there who own their own businesses?

I'm generalizing the average 9-5 employee in response to troll69 who is generalizing all digital nomads.

I realize there are decent career paths that aren't just ****ty jobs, but given how frustrated and bitter lol69 has been on this forum for many years, he's clearly not one of the lucky ones. Some tiring office job seems about right.

I agree. There are definitely a decent chunk of 9-5ers that are not happy with their jobs and are just working to live.

I came here for some blurry pics of Filipino farm girls, 10/10 according to Info, but all I got is some financial planners talking about retirement.

Isn't dc_publius the one that said foreigners get the bottom 5% of girls in Asia? Almost 3,100 posts and that still has to be the funniest statement ITT.

Above are my 2 exes. The first one earns 30-35k/month as an account officer at age 25, the second one is from a wealthy family that owns a 4 bedroom apartment. Mandaluyong girl's English proficiency and knowledge of the world are in the top 1% and she lives in a nicer condo than I do.

The bottom 5% of Pinays can't communicate in English and live in places like this:

Yah I wasn't saying whether I agree with him or not (I have 0 clue as I haven't been to SEA), but just pointing out that pics of an attractive girl don't necessarily disprove his point. Although your latest post seems to. I'm interested to hear his rebuttal.

If i said bottom 5%, then i was terribly pessimistic in my estimate. I don't know what a good % would be, but as far as young, normal looking guys in Asian countries, most are batting pretty poorly. This is worse in countries where English is not prevalent.

Interestingly enough i just looked up incomes in Ph. Average incomes in capital region are higher than people think. link to 2015 govt stats.

But who cares? I doubt that Info wants this thread to be about retirement planning or career advice. We have Finance sub for that. This is a fun travel thread, no point in over analyzing.

Young, normal looking white guys have rockstar status in terms of girls in SEA and you have no idea what you're talking about. Anyone that has lived in SEA in his 20s knows how comically wrong you are; it's not just slightly wrong but light years off. Not 5%, not 25%, but the vast majority of Filipinas like foreigners.

I highly doubt he has ever been to SEA either especially in his 20s or for longer than a few days
