Obviously the reason I stopped sharing my poker results is that I'm embarrassed of my extremely poor volume lately. I was getting food at Chowking (which I should quit), gave my number to the hot 20 year old cashier there and got her to come to my condo a few days later. She asked if she can bring a friend and I specifically responded "No, I wanna meet you only". Then she showed up at my door with her friend regardless! We sat on the couch and I asked her why she brought a friend (getting my hopes up for a threesome). She said she's just scared as she has never been alone at a guy's apartment. if youre eating unhealthy everyday of the week. Eat unhealthy for 6 days a week. Then 5 days a week. Then 4 days a week. Often the bacteria in your stomach dictates what your brain wants to eat, if youre going to cut out that unhealthy fatty food instantly you will more likely fail due to bacteria screaming at your brain for fatty food. Take it slow and slowly change your diet. ( i should follow this advice. Also write down what meals you eat so you can look over it at end of the week)
