Dude, what's the thought process for letting this go on for 4 weeks and just hoping it goes away?

I've been in similar spots and for me, every day with something like that is filled with severe emotional pain. The physical pain ain't so fun, either. I can't imagine not seeking medical help and just waiting to see what happens.

Definitely reasonable for a girl to think you're not "safe". 14 girls in 20 months + all the dudes those 14 girls were with before you. You almost certainly have HPV and decent chance you have herpes. Asymptomatic for you but not for everyone.

The real issue is the phobia surrounding stds. Really not a life or death situation. Babies are the real risk.

Jesus dude, you haven't done anything about an obvious STD for 1.5 years? Google untreated STDs. Even if it's asymptomatic it could lead to some serious complications down the road. It's also pretty dangerous for any girl you're sleeping with. Can lead to pregnancy problems, cervical cancer, etc.

Perhaps you should get checked as even if you do not care about your own health/safety, perhaps you should factor in the safety of the women you are sleeping with... You know, in order to practice simple human decency... And perhaps you should start using condoms for the same pregnancy/altruistic reasons...

Why do you have to make it sound like I don't know what basic human decency is?

Burning pee is common among 2+2ers and I doubt after curing the symptoms they all get tested to be sure. I didn't even know you could keep the virus asymptotically.

Sex with me is safer than with many other foreigners in Manila. I never paid for sex or went banging around burgos at all.

Any recommendations where to get tested cheap in Manila?
