Not extremely slow, day 1&2 I was feeling alright, day 3 I felt weaker yea + strong hunger feeling.

If done right, you can add long term weight loss to the benefits. But you have to follow some rules about what to eat after your fast (day 1 drink only fruit juices, day 2 eat only fruits, etc). As I said I didn't folllow the rules but I ate healthy the days after, i have gained back about 2 – 2,5 kg from the 7 kg that I had lost, not bad imo.
