Definitely... In the first week there's been no progress at all. I'll still treat it like a bet even with no money involved and post results on 6/30, but it could as well be a 6 week instead of 7 week challenge now as I'm exactly where I've been a week ago.

Last year I did a 3 days water fast (fasting on water for 3 days has numerous health benefits). I was skinny fat like you, my belly went from beer belly to 6 pack. I lost 7 kg in 3 days, no kidding. And I didn't even finish the fast, I quit 6 hours before the end, the last day is hard af (srs), I insta ate a phat kaphrao khai for my first meal (yolo) which is ****ing stupid after a 3 days fast.. So I could have lost more weight if I would have done everything according to the rules. There is no better/faster way to loose weight that a water fast imo and this method is healthy if done right..
