Since you're on a budget and cooking at home u should eat more eggs and chicken. Cheap good and healthy.

K2D you got to adapt the salmon to your taste buds. I always hated salmon and alot seafood in general being from America and knowing what real food and portion sizes are like. Salmons pretty tasty once you adapt to it. Obv its not on the level of ribs,pizza,burgers,steak and all the other delicious comfort foods we have in the USA.
