Brah your study you have posted talks about omega3/6, EPA + DHA and fatty acids. It doesn't talks about all the toxins (aka antibiotics, dioxins, PCBs, mercury &co) that you can find in a farmed salmon.

For the tuna, nah no broscience lol, the dude from bodybuilding.com is a Dr so he must be qualified to talk about it, r-rr-r-right?? Just by curiosity I did a little bit more research. Apparently some species of tuna contain a higher amount of mercury than others. So if you eat your tuna only from canned ''light'' tuna or Skipjack tuna 2-3x a week you should be fine.
