I order a lot of quality stuff from the states and get it shipped here, shipping is a bitch if you don't do it right. Order stuff, get it forwarded with the "all you can fit" box deal with UPS and save a lot. Ship in small boxes, state valueless/small value on items. Supplements here in the stores are generally of bad selection mediocre quality and outrageously expensive.
iherb.com for supplements here. (KOH299 for $5 discount
P and they do international shipping that passes through customs without getting caught/going through huge fees. Don't use DHL or UPS (near 100% of the time have to pay customs on them, 30% or so, more for DHL ime). You can order these <$90 orders with $0-$4 shipping that slip right by customs, but its slow.
for health insurance, I got mine at ehealthinsurance.com and 7corners service seemed to be a good deal, was about $250/year, $250 deductible, and I think within the first month its going to be saving me a $3k expense or so
. Was very easy to get online, but I am american not sure if it is worldwide.
My moneybookers account I made here as a US citizen is fully functional except I can't deposit on sites. Anything else is fine. Of course, cashing out from sites ->thai bank is no problem. Depositing you have to use kbank cyber shopping card and entrop4y
these are my experiences with the things you guys were just talking abouty anyways hope that helps.
