It wasn't just aimed at him/her .....more in response to soooo many questions that could be answered with a little bit of googling.

Such as ....what's the weather like in Thailand in June ?
When you google such questions, google directs you to forums like this. That is what they are for.

is true. I've also seen a lot of fairly decent places for around 5-6k baht per month. Not always 1 year rentals aswell

I have just discovered this thread, excellent!

I am planning to go to Thailand later on maybe in 2 months or so, and I have been wondering what the deal is with playing poker over there?

Is it something I can do? Are there any risks to doing it? If so, what might the risks be?

Cheers guys

How would one go about acquiring large quantities (>200) of 10 baht coins in Bangkok?

(Obviously this has nothing to do with how much they look like 2 euro coins...)

How's the On Nut area for condos? I've found some inexpensive places there online. Quite a few close to the On Nut BTS.

go higher a little and you get better looking girls(since onnut has the trashiest of the tramp and english teachers) cheaper prices, better food.

And the new BTS are going to be free when they open

Did some further searching on this.

The Jetski operator was arrested and charged with extortion

http://phuketwan.com/tourism/jet-ski...warning-11552/

I still don't understand though, why the MP didn't just call the cops from the get-go. He's in the military and can presumably recognise a BB gun, and was armed himself. He obviously didn't consider himself to be in any real danger by the way he got aggressive with the Thai kid.

what's wrong with English teachers? My dad was an English teacher. Respectable profession, I know the saying those who can't-teach.

Those who can't teach, teach gym class lol

English Teachers in Thailand aren't really english teachers. They are sex tourists who can't afford to stay here without working.

Moving out to the same time zone soon, was just wondering if you guys have found US or Euro sites better to play on there in terms of peak times and game selection, i dont really want to have to find myself playing regs all the time.

As doing the maths, my current site Ladbrokes, wouldn't really be suitable so I would have thought US sites would be better but just making sure....

Maybe winning the lottery in Thailand isn't such a good thing?

http://www.pattayadailynews.com/show...EWS=0000010382

cliffnotes:

-Poor fish selling thai lady wins lottery! no more grinding the fish stand for her...

-to be safe she goes straight to the police so no funny business.....um?

-Turns out her ticket is like a mega hit instead of 12 million bahts she get the 42M...ship?

-Next day fish lady "mysteriously disappeared"
