Let it go man! Noone sa id guy was ripping off anyone. MR bkkdude just pointed out it just wasnt a really good price like guy insinuated!

If i was the guy on the hook for 2-3 of the rent or $1600 of $2400 when i only budgeted $800 monthly id try to make it sound like i was offering a deal too!

Re: Thailand returns

Hey guys, sorry if this has been covered but I did a search and didn't really find any concrete information regarding cashing out in Thailand from Pokerstars. I'm trying to paint a picture of my options for plannings sake. If I change my Location to one within Thailand, will I get more withdrawal options upon doing so? I currently live in the US where checks seem to be the only option available and it would be great if there was a paperless option available to those in Thailand.

If you have a visa card then Full Tilt will do cashbacks directly to it. Don't know about pokerstars.

Be careful changing address to thai one. Your site may require documentation like thai utility bill.

Not an ez thing to get!

How much would it costs to live in a 3 bedroom place with maid service , good internet, pool, good location. Just a curious 21 year old grinder looking for a sick couple month trip with buddies

Don't they have echeck deposit/withdrawals?

I play on Cakes/Players Only and they offer wire transfer directly to my bank account.

For a real ballin pad including all services, maid 2x week, furnished, good location .. I wouldn't expect to pay more than 50k baht a month total maybe 60.

Re: Thailand returns

50-60k doesnt get you "real ballin" pad if 3 bedrooms and all that **** you mentioned.

depends on where though and how you define real ballin

i mean we had a 3br place in karon, phuket for 40k month with seaview and own pool etc. the house wasnt perfect but i think that one of the best deals for that sort of houses and location. i dunno how other people saw our house though, i think i spent too much time there to be qualified to make any comments

we had 6 months contract though. like danny said if you only stay couple of months you are looking for 25-50% pump in the rent comparing to long term rentals

Re: Thailand returns

the thing about bkk is there are all price ranges available. we really cant help you unless you give a specific area.

in usa where i live you dont have choice , everything is expensive.

If you budget 1k USD per person per month for accomodation and then can't make it happen you did something wrong.

Re: Thailand returns

This thread should have been divided up to sub sections, anyway, I got some questions:
1. Where should I go if i want STABLE internet, some partylife and a nice beach?
2. Can one find nr 1 in Malaysia too?
3. If you want two internet lines, what is the best option?

Im going to stay for 3-12 months from July..

Phuket or Samui. Mayyybe Krabi.

2. Can one find nr 1 in Malaysia too?

I have no idea what nr1 is. Why would you want to go to Malaysia?

3. If you want two internet lines, what is the best option?

Buy 2 lines...not really sure what the question here is.

Im going to stay for 3-12 months from July..

with question two i meant can one find stable internet connection on the beach in Malaysia too. Malaysia is much cheaper than Thailand and less tourists..

With question three i meant 1 extra connection if the cable-internet is out of order

I've never been to Malaysia but from what I've heard it's boring as hell.

You can set up 2 different connections no problem here.

obv depends on which prices you compare, but I found Malaysia to be about the same or slightly more expensive, during all three visits. (Comparing KL to BKK and Penang to CM)
