Damn the prices of houses/apartments are cheap in Chiang Mai. I've just been to see a 3 bedloom apartment right next to the ping river in the city, with mountain view, that is 25k baht per month. Total floor space is 180sqm.

Does anyone know of any nice apartment blocks in Chiang Mai? This is the first one we looked at so there are probably better ones around.

Also nice one Haff for having a gf in Chiang Mai, she's been an awesome guide for the last 2 days

Baiyoke Tower (largest skyscraper in BKK) is also nice, with the sky bar being on the 83rd floor, but a bit far away from the main areas.

Thai friend told me Banyaan Tree is the best in BKK for that. In his oppinion best place to take a girl.

went to the long table in the end, the place itself is really nice and they served super strong and large mojitos which is always good. the only downside really was the fact that they played sh*t-hop all night with the exception of gee gee gee which was of course awesome.

Apparently the advanced mathematics behind converting from "military time" to am/pm can be very confusing, however we did get there at ~9:20pm and nobody was there.
