From what I see here, Thais are starving for the tourists right now, given that Chinese can't come, many Europeans won't come (still scared, also inflation etc.), so they're stuck with Russians (sooo many Russians) and Indians, who do not pay nearly the same prices.
So this year, more than any others recently, I doubt you will have any issues.
Don't count on immigration to take any of that into account, they just do their job, and you know how Asians are, they do it exactly according to plan, if anything does not go exactly as planned they have no idea what to do. And hotel prices have been as high as they've ever been pretty much lately, at least in BKK, so it can't be too bad...
You're right, should've started by that but was lazy, my bad. I'll sum up what I've found for others.
- Titan Poker
- Bet365/Betfair? (looks like you can sign up from Thailand but couldn't download their soft and the info I found was from a long time ago)
I'm still interested in feedbacks regarding which sites offer the softest tournaments (probably not GG and Stars from what I've heard).
If some MTT grinders from BKK wanna hit me up, here's my Line ID : luconline.
Lots of mixed answers wrt Bovada/ignition throughout this thread over the last few years. first page of search results comes back with responses of fine on thai internet, some say VPN, some say accounts banned for using VPN, some say to use teamviewer, some say playing is fine but no cashing out while out of country.....
I've also emailed support to see if my USA bovada account will work while in Thai and they won't give me a straight response. (it works in mexico, just a popup during login stating that bovada not available in this country, but feel free to login if I already have an account and am travelling).
