lots of decent places in that price range. typically 28-33sqm studio or tiny 1bed. yeah you will be down the mrt or bts and not at asok or Prom pong but if most of your time is spent grinding then shouldn't matter that much.

Never understood why thb trades as a premium, it is at its current top, the options to trade/swap it are limited, and for example I can withdraw from my UK bank for a 1%(ish) fee.

I'm here and setup with long term housing. Someone asked me to post what I found. There's a bunch of sub 10,000 options (around $300 USD) near Bang Chak/On Nut. Pretty sure a few were covered way earlier in this thread, but reviews of gogos have been reposted from differing points of view. Here's several options for bustos like me wanting to broaden their horizons on the cheap:

decided to venture out of my cave on the hill last night and continue my hooker wife hunt. the plan is to start off at a gclub then head to soi 6 and finishing the night at ibar. ive decided to take 9k with me only intending to spend 5k and have 4k back for emergency (realistically it all ends up getting spent everytime)
