even if not a degen 4-500K is nothing for someone in their early 30s. Even if living a frugal life style there are always extra expenses that you don't account for. Plus with inflation your savings are just losing value sitting in a bank, hence why investing would be the wiser choice

I posted a couple weeks back about problems collecting a judgement. There's been a lot of conflicting opinions on the matter. My own thinking is a financial discovery is going to have to be conducted.

The reason for a financial discovery is because people lie in financial disclosure statements in order to hide money from spouses/family members. (Financial discovery involves subpoena of documents to court with penalty of perjury for false statements. There has to be a penalty for lying otherwise people will keep doing it).

If I'm wrong, and there's a way to settle this like gentlemen without dragging people into court/lawsuits/bad press/media smearing/etc/etc I'd love to listen and I'm all ears.

Situation dependent. How much is it? Who's more afraid of bad press? Who has more to lose? Is it the money you need or the message that you want to send? What's in your long term interests?

Regarding proof of onward travel:

No visa - I'll get the 30-day exemption and a 30-day extension, too. Can I book a flight within 60 days to satisfy proof of onward travel requirements, or is it likely that they'll need to see a flight within 30 days?

It's always a crapshoot, if you get unlucky and they ask for proof of onwards travel I would lean towards not having a ticket within 30 days is going to be an additional hiccup. Just get one of those fake onward travel booking things.

Your thai bank has no idea you play online poker when you send money to it from neteller / skrill etc., so yes it's safe. Even back when it was possible to wire directly from poker site to thai bank they didn't care either, people here used to do that with no problems. They only have an issue with money going the other way, from thai bank to poker site, that's blocked.

After a year away I'm coming back to thailand.
I have accounts I opened in my thai girls name last time I was there.
All the accounts are fully verified and I was using neteller to move money from site to site last time I was there to make trades for baht. We could never get neteller to send money back to her thai bank.
Over the last year I built up 7k on 2 sites using a VPN.(by the way, stars is the only site that caught me using a VPN)I'm gonna transfer it to accounts I start in my name with a thai address. I'm American.
I don't want to go through all the bull**** trading again. But could never figure out a way to set up an in, then out path directly to a thai bank.
I been down this road before, but does anyone have the solution.

Usually there's people willing to help you cash out for a vig, I know people have done in it in this thread before, there's skype groups too...Btw you should be able to use Neteller to withdraw to Thai bank, I've done it before although not recently. If you play on 888 you can do bankwire to Thai bank
