I'm from Canada and we have innocent until proven guilty. Also I'm pretty sure poker eveolved around Canada.

There is no way anyone can prove those accusation because they are fake. You can keep derailing the thread as much as you want, I'm enjoying it.

yes....better be careful in the future, thanx for the advice but i'm in China using VPN so I don't think that anyone will be blackmailing me

T'écris comme Cédric bro...

You have the same writing then Sonic on french forum, + now that people have suspicion you suddently make mistakes in words you haven't in the past.

Me, my english suck, if I start out of the blue writing well, attack me all you want.

Why changing ur writing style all of the sudden?

It's obv by been funny and nice to everyone (writing them PM, etc), you try to built a solid rep with multiples thousands of post. Something is shaddy here.

Why is this French chat all up in the Thailand thread? You guys can pm each other in a language the majority of the forum doesnt speak.

Dont know or care if Lonelybox is a scammer because I'm never gonna meet him. LBurton is a clear troll account who adds no entertainment value at all. Actually if I was the mod I'd just IP ban the country of France and anyone speaking French from the forums forever.

That's not the point, im obviously never going to meet him, but for it would be much better if we didn't just let preying accounts hang out here.

I'd appreciate some advice from those who have made the trip to BKK from the US. I have a flight from the east coast. It leaves at 10:30 am on a Friday, and the first leg is a 12 hour flight to Qatar. After a brief layover, I then have a 7 hour flight to BKK, arriving at 6:30 pm local time on Saturday.

I figure I have two options for adjusting to BKK time so that I can hit the ground running on Saturday. The first is to keep to my normal sleep schedule in the US before the trip. When I arrive in Qatar, it will feel like 10:30 pm to my body. I could then try to sleep during the 7 hour flight to BKK, since that flight will feel like nighttime to me. I'd arrive Saturday night feeling relatively rested and ready to go out. Hopefully, I'd be able to get back to sleep after a night out in BKK.

The other choice is to pull an all-nighter the evening before my trip to BKK. I'd avoid sleeping at all on Thursday night, get on the plane at 10:30 am Friday morning, and sleep as much as I can during the 12 hour flight to Qatar. The idea would be try to start adjusting to BKK time before I even get there.

I'll only be in Thailand for a week, and so I really want to minimize the jet lag to make the most of my time. Any thoughts from those who have made the time transition would be very much appreciated.

if you're in the 20's I wouldn't worry about jet lag and just enjoy your 24/7 Thailand trip

My advice is as soon as you arrive start to ask around for "yaba", it's like a pill, but it's not sold in local pharmacies, more like a traditional home made kind of thing.
Then you take it and you won't be having sleeping problems for at least a week

Does this work only for jet lag or maybe it could help with general insomnia?

Let see

yaba
(crazy medicine, pronounced yar bah)

Originally manufactured by the Nazis to help keep their troops awake for days, Yaba has become increasingly popular in the Far East amongst claims that the drug is now bigger than heroin in Thailand.

Yaba is a derivative of synthetic amphetamines such as speed and can be manufactured far more quickly and easily than traditional forms of amphetamine. The recipe has spread from the Far East by word of mouth and on the Internet (no, don't ask us).

We've experienced some difficulty getting a consistent description of ingredients and effects, with some reports stating that the drug is mostly methamphetamine, running 80% pure with much of the cut being castoff from heroin production

top

The drug usually comes in pill form (often red/orange, sometimes green) and with its potent mix of visuals and intense highs, drug experts predict that it may soon become popular on the UK club scene.

Although yaba is still very rare in the UK, drug experts report that the UK is being targeted by yaba producers from the 'Golden Triangle' - the drug producing areas which straddle the borders of Thailand, Burma and Laos.

The main ingredients, which include salt, household cleaning products, distilled cold medicines and lithium from camera batteries, can be bought legally and the drug easily knocked out at home with a couple of casserole dishes and a hob.

The rewards for criminals can be huge. Around £300 of raw materials can make yaba worth more than £2,000 at British street prices. Since the equipment needed is portable, labs can be moved on a regular basis, making it more difficult for police to track them down.

top

Side effects:
The drug is claimed to create an intense hallucinogenic effect and can keep users awake for days on end, although some users have reported that the only visuals come as a result of sleep deprivation after binge sessions.

Health risks:
Addictive and/or habit-forming. Regular use of the drug has been linked to lung and kidney disorders, hallucinations and paranoia. A frequent hallucination is 'speed bugs' or crank bugs' where users believe that bugs are crawling under their skin and go loopy trying to get them out. In Thailand, the number of students entering rehab to deal with yaba addiction has risen by nearly 1,000% in the past two years (source: Observer 17.10.99) Those coming off the drug are also susceptible to severe depression and suicidal urges.

Detection periods: unknown

The Law: unknown.

That means the burden of proof falls on you, not on LonelyBox.

It's your job to provide evidence that he either is Cedrick or is an accomplice of Cedricks.

If you are unable to do that then you claim in a baseless one and you should probably stop leveling baseless accusations in a public forum, as it is you that reflects negatively on.
Yeah but if I'd gone to the effort of making 1k posts on a forum and then 2 guys said I had the exact posting style of a notorious scammer I'd want to clear the air and prove I wasn't. Pretty easy to give some quick references.

Even though I appreciate the compliment. I'll never be in the nut top % of posters in this thread. Guys like Jspill, Pooter, and PE will forever be the legends of this thread and the travel forum in general.

I'm a little sad the likelihood of a successful meetup with posters from 2+2 has been greatly diminished by an alleged French Canadian scammer 'legend' **** posting everywhere and then getting outed by the very community he has preyed upon lol
