I have a 30 day on arrival visa that I thought I could extend to 30 days more in Bangkok, but I read now that it is only 7 days with the arrival visa extension. So I guess my only play here is to go to an other country nearby and get a tourist visa for 60 days + extension for 30 days more? My plan was to go to Koh Samui for at least a month or two.
1. Which country would be easiest for me to do this? I guess i fly to Malaysia get my visa then fly to Koh Samui? And will they allow me to get the visa when I have been in Thailand 30 days just before the visa?
2. Can I do all my passport copies, passport foto etc in the thai-embassy in every country or do I need to run around like a lost chicken in that country to get all of that fixed?
3. Is 2 days enough in a neighboring country to get my visa and be able to fly back to Thailand again or will it take longer?

Where did you read that? Its still 30 day extension for visa exempt entries.

what is a good or the best ATM to use if you have a card that refunds ATM fees..... so one that has as small of a hidden exchange rate as possible?
Speaking in theory here, but from what I have learned you would get the best exchange rate when exchanging the largest amounts of money. And banks exchange all the money withdrawn/transferred/paid on that day at once, therefor I think using the biggest bank would be the most effective. After typing this I realize this probably doesn't help you at all, but I am going to post it anyways because I already wrote it.
Open a Thai bank account with just the ATM card, so no annual fees with debit card, and transfer a large amount in at one time. Seems the best option, and spreads your money out.

It's actually a bonus. Better than being in a town full of young good looking guys with huge dongs, at least with the old boys about it makes us look even more appealing. If you want young good looking guys everywhere to look at, **** off to Ibiza and see how well you get the hot chicks. Why the **** people worry about what men look like in any location is beyond me.
