That page looks like the author smoked some yaa baa and then wrote whatever the hell came to mind for two hours and then published it without bothering to edit. Anyway, I liked the quote This is the thing I hate the most. You can't just meet a cute girl and invite her to meet for coffee to get to know her better, you have to through an elaborate whole-night thing where you go to dinner and drinks with her friends. Then if you decide she's not really gf material, she won't get the hint and will keep calling you and telling you how much she likes you. Bangkok is not as old-fashioned as it is here, but it sounds like it's pretty much the same ****.

Mistake, the 3 dates rules have no time limit. Got harassed until i realized that my phone has a "block any call by that number" function.

Retired Captain Bung Suphachalasai, who was interviewed sitting on a park bench in Queen Sirikit Park, says he thinks he was Minister of the Interior in the first cabinet of Major Kuang Abhayavongsa in 1944. “Or maybe it was Phibun. Jeez, I just can’t remember.”

The survey results suggest that being chosen a cabinet member today no longer holds much prestige in Thai society.

Taxi driver Jit Manoonpravit said he turned down an offer to join Samak’s government. “The timing wasn’t right,” he said. “I had to weigh the pros of meeting the King against the cons of being out of work within a year. So I told Samak my brother might be free.”

Has anyone had any experience staying in Hostels?

I'm thinking about backpacking alone around Thailand for a few weeks later this year. I had a really good time staying in Hostels earlier this year in South America and will probably do it again here. I stayed in hotels and I just got very bored.
