Jesus man, that sucks. I plan to go to the doctor in a few days. I don't know if the quality of healthcare here is much better. Yesterday I was working out on my punching bag and one punch sent a shock through my left hand and up my arm. I quit my workout after that but thought nothing of it until 5 minutes later when my fist clenches and my hand starts shaking uncontrollably. Go to the hospital (first day home, lol) and wait around for 5 hours before a doctor sees me. By this time the shaking has ceased and I can open my hand (it shakes a bit fully open). He says theres nothing broken and no dislocation so probably just some minor tissue damage and I can go home. Later that night I start typing on my comp and my hand starts shaking like crazy and clenches into a fist again. I think I have nerve damage. Good diagnosis doc!

that sounds awesome. bar yantree was kinda like that, except i imagine a lot smaller. they actually had a dance floor and not all just tables, with lights and good dj's. i went back there a couple weeks ago and now its all like small sofa's. must be because the thai's are so shy and dont want to dance...but its way harder to pick up on chics if they are at tables with their friends imo.

for those who might be shopping: high end condo market in bangkok is crazy expensive, but there are some redic nice places.

i checked out (and almost got) a penthouse on long suan. entire 35th floor, 300 square meters. massive, massive place. 150k a month. much better value than some place with a not so great little swimming pool in the balcony and 1/3rd the size imo.

have a friend in a place on asoke that is also really sick. he owns his place but said it would go for $8k a month if he rented it. the building is called the lakes i believe.

i decided to stick with 20k a month. just doesn't seem worth it for pay 6-8 times as much per month for something maybe 100% nicer.


edit: do they even have houses in bangkok? lol if they do i can't imagine they are anywhere you would want to live. condos all the way
