I went to benjasiri park the other day, its 10seconds walk from Phorm Phong BTS.

Stopped by a school before I got there, since I bought my bike, im kind of refusing to take the BTS or Taxi unless I have too, or im with 1 person or more who pays halfs. didn't think the "GF" would pay so we walked from ekkamai to PP. appox 55 minutes at a leisurely pace.

Bangkok prep school, opposite soi 34, had some decent equipment inside, obv coudlnt get past the gates.

Not sure what this game is called but I see it played now again. Seems you get three touches of the ball and on the third touch you want to head it over? I wanted to brown nose and get a game, but I had #LegDay tomorrow.

They also had a vollyball court and basketball court. I saw a decent swimming pool there too, not sure if that was free like the courts though.



nice little overview of the park, its prob aobut 1Km wide in total, not very big, and can walk it all in about 10mintues.



Id think Lumpini is better, but this is kind of close to anyone living around the bts line.

nope same 5mpx HTC. I have a 12Mpx cam, but never use it, as my phone has some basic color effects which make stuff look better.

well if you head that way I did see a bunch of thais playing, maybe you could just jump in a game? Im sure there are expats playing basketball somewhere, there a ton of canuk and yank phags in bkk, im sure they play or would play if you gathered interest. Evening would be more games i would guess, as people are at school/work during the day. I was there at 3pm and saw young kids (apparently on holiday from coreah the "gf" said, and what looked like retired thais). So maybe try after 5pm.

Nah i dont get the life advice anymore. The only people i will be in contact with are good friends who know the score and family who are use to me having lived out here so long they are cool. Plus they all know i am doing better than them anyway. I already own 2 houses in UK (bRag?).

Also as for weight lifting being a gay pastime... it sure makes getting girls a hell of a lot easier, even in Thailand where there isn't nearly as big a bias for strong guys. The overlap on guys shipping gogo girls for free and the guys who lift weights is pretty strong, as just one example.

Also it is nice being able to eat more without being a fat ass. Also you have more energy and just feel better all the time.

You think people really want to read all that? Some people are interested, some not so much. It's next to impossible to get good protein powders in Thailand, even if you pay large prices and many people reading this thread are interested. I know for a fact based on pm's and skypes inquiring about where I ordered my protein. A short discussion about bodybuilding, why we're interested in it, and much natural supplements can help us is pretty standard at this point. I mean it takes up space in this thread what.......once every 2 months? Compared to the average thread content, the fact that you take time out to complain about this discussion is comical at best.
