Ya those things hit the spot. In OZ I have been eating so much steak/hamburger. Making up for all the protein I didn't eat in Thailand.

Can anyone suggest a reasonable priced hotel with good internet in BKK? Preferably near a BTS. I'm looking for a place to stay for 7 days or so while I try find a place to live.

I stayed at a-one inn near mbk a couple of times. it was cheap and nice enough for a short stay. they also have reliable internet cafe and wifi in the rooms (you have to pay for it by the hour). it was also right next to the sky train. i think the website was just aoneinn dot com
