it never rains for months "all day most of the time". many people (myself included) thought that's what rain season meant but it's not even close to that.

august to november is the rainiEST time of the year though. whether it's worth coming here is up to you though. some outdoor sports, boat trips etc might be unavailable during that time.

The place is 2 min away from the beach in scooter. Its nice because its alone in its own valley, so you dont see thai dumpsters or constructions etc, and instead are surrounded by mountains and peace. The place includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, proper dining room and a kitchen. Its got a plenty of parking space for bikes/cars under the units, as well as two pools.
