somehow i dont think 10k would be considered well to to do. Bottom level BMW'S & Mercedez cost 100K+ USD in thailand and there are a lot of them out there on the streets of bangkok. The lower level ones in america cost 35-45k and are much nicer.

Theres also a smaller 1 person bed room next to mine with a private balcony with new view, just trees. then theres the other bathroom and shower then on the other side an other king size bed/room thats about 80% the size of mine

Can't imagine that many Thais knowing that it's illegal for expats and tourists to play internet poker for money. And if anyone ever hassled you in an internet cafe, convincing them that you're not really playing for money shouldn't be too difficult. Don't see any reason to tell people your business over here anyway. You could just do what I do: smile and tell people you're a movie star when they ask what you do.
