I should have done more of that, there is def something to learn here. Thing is, I was not aware of the problem until I stepped back out into the non-flat world. I even have a small gym corner in my apt with weights, bench, mat, abs-roller that I purchased during the initial lockdown and was working out there at times. But apparently it should have been more and missed some muscles. I have more appreciation now what long-term injured, astronauts etc. go through. Day 3 out, it's getting better now, still not 100% though

All the people undergoing quarantine and extended lockdowns in tiny rooms / apartments must lose their sh*t though, with financial pressure, social unrests etc.
A friend will go through a 14 day quarantine in a tiny 200 sqft hotel room in Guangzhou soon. People are separated and you can't stay together in a room.
Will be interesting to see the mental effect.
I was by myself, I live alone, so nobody was allowed to visit. You are correct there. It was certainly not helpful to my mental health and I would consider myself a relatively level-headed person. I could certainly see some people reacting very adverse to this.
