Pretty sure I'll be heading back over in the next couple months. If I remember right there were a lot of ex-lawyers in this community? Does anyone know if I'm having legal issues over identity theft in America, that a trip to Thailand would be a problem? Obviously, I'm not the defendant, so I see no need for me to physical be present for any proceedings. I'm assuming everything on my end can be done through conference call and such?

Hey, just looking through the Thailand thread as i want to go there (thinking pattaya) for 2/3 months to play poker a chill out early next year. Planing to Airbnb it. What would you say is the best island to play from?

That would be nice, sadly they got bored of 2+2 though. But they're both alive and doing well. PE's blog hit 5 million lifetime views and he started his own forum / slack community, $49 membership fee cuts out the lol69 types.

it seemed like what he was alluding to. i take it back if it's wrong. he's very vague about how he makes his money.

i do take a look at his blog from time to time.

when he's not bragging about his great income while telling us he survives off $1500 per month, he's mostly complaining about thailand (girls, nightlife, food, drinking culture, expats, etc) and seems unhappy about it all.

Well, the basic summary of the situation is I was awarded a judgment of a significant amount of money in a trial back in January of this year. The legal problem I'm having is the actual collection of the judgment that was awarded in my favor.

As you can tell from the date now, it's been 8 months and I'm still waiting for this money to be transferred. I'm not sure exactly what I need to do from here. Submit paperwork to the courts this party has failed his obligations or what? And if it's going to take another 8 months for anything to move forward, well yeah I'll hit up the beaches in Thailand while that stuff is processed.

They all will, but you'll need to show an utility bill, lease contract or bank statement showing your address in Thailand in order to cashout.

What exactly does paying $49 membership to a forum give you? Is there any experts in the forums field hired or paid to post on the platform? Or is it the logic just ‘look guys, if you have to pay people are Gona be serious, now pay me and get serious guys!’
