Hey guys does anyone has confirmed information when the taxation on crypto will start? It is 7% VAT and 15% gains so thats pretty steep.

Also any ways to go around it? Basically I want to exchange crypto to thb and not to bother.

PeoplesElbow recently got given a 2 year work permit, even though he only works online, can't link to it but if you google 'thai tax ID afarang' he talks about the service he used to get it. And yet lol69 says we're all scum that Thailand doesn't want!

As for Ed visas, some poker guys study Thai or Japanese at pro language Asok. That then leaves the Thai Elite card for the Iglu program, you can find plenty of info about those online. Several poker guys bought the Thai Elite card. Haven't heard of anyone doing Iglu yet, seems pointless when you can do what PE did without going through Iglu.
