Any advice on buying artwork here in Phuket? Lots of places seem to sell very similar stuff. Suggestions for best quality / decent pricing? Would like to bring back a bunch of artwork to decorate my new apartment when I get home.

Still in Phuket. Been here 11 days now. Gone shooting, jet skiing, speedboat trip to Phi Phi, gone to Banana, Tiger, Changs, gone out to dinner gajillion places, movies, bowling, markets. Was in Bangkok for 10 days and did tons of stuff as well.

Got another 5 days in Thailand, suggestions on where to go and what to do?

Maybe Koh Tao? Chang Mai for a few days? Krabi?

Looking for something different .. things to do, fun, exciting etc.

lol so sick, i've been here 6 months and have done **** all.

the only touristy **** ive done is go karting/bungee jumping. Probably been to the beach less than 10 times and haven't visited krabi/samui/phagnan/phi phi/chiang mai/koh lanta/koh tao etc.

i guess chiang mai would be cool for the last five days being the second city and all, but that's just a guess.

anyone having issues with TOT?
last 2-3days ive been getting resets all the time... cant stay connected..
cant play obviously + horrible international speeds(cause im on standard)

Any recommendations for art in BKK?? I wouldnt mind bringing back a few paintings. Price range? It seems the ones we were quoted in PHuket were on the high side for mass replicas.

I've got TT&T 2M/1M Premium and for last two days it's been ****ty. I get disconnected for every 30-40 minutes and latency is horrible all the time.

I'm wondering if anyone else have similar problems in Pattaya area? If not, I have to check the router and meine kabel.

RE: Pumpui, um dumbarse! I told you when you 1st got here to stay teh feck away from governemtn owned and run TOT and use TT&T.

If TOT was you only option ing the new house , well then, UL sir, ur doomed to interminable delay and annoyance.

WRT TT&T, I occasionlly (once every 2 weeks or so) have to go thru router reset (including going to the interface setup page, rentering username pword stc) and it solves my interwebs conx probs.

As a general recco, always go witht he premier level for TT&T. most times th indy is adequate but DEFFO in high season it goes to ****t in any populated are with tourists (such as Phkt or pattaya) because a lot of the hotels and interwebs cafes have bought the oversold indy (low level) plan and the speeds are like 10% of adverted.

AuroythmiX, definitely do chaing mai. I also wouldn't buy anything from phuket,, you'll be able to get everything 1/3/~1/2 price @ chiang mai.
