Mainly this yea, losing all nationalities would literally imply not being welcome anywhere in the world.

I've been home for a month in the last 4 years. You will never lose your citizenship, although you may lose some privileges associated with residency.

For example, as an Australian, if I live overseas and then only visit home temporarily, then I am not eligible to receive treatment under the public health system. In order to qualify I have to show proof that I will be residing in Australia for the near future (e.g. utility bills etc).

As far as taxes go, for most countries (the USA is an exception), you only pay taxes on income earned in that country. So if you are living and earning overseas then you are not liable for taxes in your home country.

If I was to get a job here in Thailand I wouldn't have to pay tax to the Australian government on that income, but I do have to pay tax on the income I earn from renting out my house in Australia - because that money is earned in Australia.

US citizens do have to pay tax on money earned abroad, but there is an exclusion for the first $100k, so it only really applies to expats on huge salaries.

You can't start a new package until the old one is over. The dtac app gives you a bunch of top up options- 100mb high speed, 500mb and 1.5 gb high speed very cheap.

Well, technically you could still renounce it and become a stateless person. Or your country could cease to exist. It is not that uncommon in the world.

On the other hand, if you have enough of money it is quite easy to get citizenship of some central and south america countries even with barely setting foot there.

wich province are you from ?
you healthcare in Canada can be a issue...
Example for Qc provine when you are spending over 6 months in a calendar year you do loose your healthcare and need to apply again if your not paying your taxes

About nationally, you always be canadian and able too renew your passeport even if you're living abroad for years

Yeah if your country has mandatory millitary service they can also deny a passport renewal at an embassy if you deserted

im kinda technologically ******ed and you confused me, you said you cant but then you said you can

so i think what you mean is i download this app and then can 'top up' with 1.5gb more that is just an add on to my old plan...... but i cant just go buy a new 4.5gb plan until 30 days is up? did i get that right?

the insurance we get from canadian companies is a top up on what the government provides. its about 200 a day is what our government will pay. from what my doctor friend says u can be away as long as u want they wont turn you away at a hospital when your back. once a canadian always a Canadian is what he says.

but u have to get to canada. so i u have a serious problem here after six months then ud have to get urself back. I paid 8 months insurance from april insurance. but im pretty sure i wont really be covered the last 2 months. it was 50 bucks extra and I think Id have some pretty good recourse. I probably wont stay that long anyway

udon is really really good

i could probably get laid every day hanging out in the hallway of my hotel, and 7-11 is pick up spot.bkk has hotter but here is easier to navigate. bkk all the hot ones live 1 hour away. here they are all very close or if they are village girls its 50 bhat and my hotel is 5 minutes from the bus station

ok..soo... thats irrelevant to the city being a literal ****hole and lacking city infrastructure/resources

Actually no it isn't irrelevant to that. There is a, rather obvious, correlation between the two.
