Water & electricity price is on the lower price range imo.

I think the deposit stuff is just badly worded, but I wouldn't pay 3 months either.

I live in the area and realistically the walk from there to the BTS is 15min. If you use the BTS a lot that'd definitely be too far for me. You should be able to catch motorbike guys halfway though.

I don't like the look of the rooms but that price can hardly be beaten.
