so tell them that. Although plenty of witnesses, including me, did watch them take 40, 50, 60, 70000+ out of single hands, it is not really provable...

Went with a friend to WH on Sunday night, 3 tables of 1/2 running and 1 table of 1/2/5. Was a nice and friendly atmosphere and people were having fun.

One thing tho. These Uzbek guys playing there, they constantly speak Russian - while in hands etc. The dealers don't speak up, what's the deal there? Can you speak anything other than English at the tables over there?

If they exchange words while in hands, then call the floor, who will call the hand dead.

You are allowed to speak any language you would like to. You can curse in your own language and I can guarantee you that nobody will blink an eye.

On poker news etc., tells a pretty good story about how Rekrul (Daniel Schreiber) became a poker pro. Him being here in the SK as a Starcraft pro gamer, borrowing $400 from Elky to play on PS and never looked back, etc.. He also became a member of Team Pokerstars. He is the 5th youngest WSOP bracelet winner (He won the $5k HU in 2007 for $425K, beating Mark Muchnik and Vanessa Selbst)

I'm glad he doesn't grind at WH anymore, lol.

I think its great that we have some very successful poker players here.

Are there any games/casinos in Korea? I am travelling to Asia soon and I'd love to play in some. So far you guys don't like Daegu and 7luck is the only other thing I can see from a quick google. I'll be heading to Vietnam early April and may jump around Asia for the Poker Tour (only for live cash though)

Your account is probably flagged and info certainly has been sent to FSS(Financial Supervisory Service or 금융감독원.)

I had that happened to me.

Yes. luckily i was told banks only report it once they receive more than 2million won per month. So im cashing out below that amount, but it is very frustrating. Plus there is this absurd amount for fee that is insane.
