You can exchange euro in casinos but you'll have to pay fees that are quite high. How much are you willing to change? I am buying euro for Krw at xe.com rates
fwiw seoul 2/5 is wayyyyy bigger than pretty much every 2/5 that runs in casinos in the states. uncapped buyin at both coex and walker hill; though there are still a few min-buyin stacks at table always.
that being said the player pool is really small and they do not like to stack off. tons of blinds aren't getting in without a serious cooler....so it isn't really like any >100bb 2/5 game i've played in the states.
coex will also let you in without a passport after you've had a card made, but you need to bring one on first trip there. definitely always bring passport to the casinos if you're asian though as my friends have had issues.

there is pretty easy way to avoid having to pay vig on your winnings: just to keep it in KRW and spend it all drinking
of course can spend it on other life/travel related expenses too...
coex will do the same swap btw. did it a lot of times both places over the summer.
