Is anyone playing live poker in Cambodia at the moment. Can you give an update of the situation there please. I'm interested to know:

1) Are the casinos and poker rooms in PP open and are there players? Riverking/777 etc
2) Are the Chinese still around and playing?
3) Sihanoukville - what is the situation there?

Based on my whatsapp feed RK is alive and well, usually 1 or 2 1/3NL almost 24/7 and frequently a bigger game. Probably other games in town but I don't know exactly I'd really like to go but for several reasons can't go at present, hopefully soon, contact PT. If there's still anything going on in Sihanoukville is a good question, I don't know, but I doubt it haven't heard anything for ages

The RK FB is dead as AFAIK, but the whatsapp feed is very much alive, you can probably easily get an invite just asking on the ground in person. Unfortunately I'm out of Cambo for quite a while, still based in HK for a number of reasons, but the way things are going in that city probably not for much longer...

I just called RK and they said they are open. Boom. I will try to join their Whatsapp group.

Is Naga world still having tables of poker running?

Hmmm 11am on Wednesday and no games running.

1) So RK is closed, 777 became GClub and only runs 10/20 PLO.

Poker King opened last month with Vee from RK running it and a lot of the big bongs are still around. Games 1/3 NL(Noon daily), 1/3 PLO(3pm daily), and 2/5-5/10 NL (depends on the day).

2) Yup, still a decent amount but you don't find the same baccarat stragglers just pure punting as often as pre-covid.

3) I have less info about this, but I've heard that it's changed for the better. Keep in mind the rake is still quite high, but if you can find a juicy enough game it's worth it for sure.

You're looking too early, I think their 1/3 generally starts in the afternoon and their games peak in traffic in the evening.

well, you just missed the WPT Cambodia at Nagaworld which was awesome.

It was my first time there so i'm no expert. But I was told the 1/3 and 2/5 runs every day.

When I got there it was before the WPT started and I got into a 1/3 game at 4 am. Wasn't exactly a soft game though.


I would recommend going it was a good experience
