Oddball question - can you deposit to your pokerstars account using the cashier at the Pokerstars Okada poker room?

Anyone know where the best chance of getting in a live PLO game would be tonight? And what stakes usually run if any?

I've just returned to Manila but if nothing has changed here since November then GG Poker often hosts high stakes (500/1000 or higher). There is also a semi-regular high stakes PLO game at Metro Card Club but you should phone both of those places and ask if they are expected to run tonight.

Re low stakes PLO games, you can go to either Metro or Resorts World and perhaps others and ask them to start a list for PLO. Probably Metro is your best chance of finding a low stakes PLO game tonight.

I've been at Metro everyday for the past week and beyond the 1000/1000/2000 in the VIP room, no PLO has occured.

I haven't been yet but the new Asian Poker Federation at Sheraton Manila Bay seems to have a 100/100/200 very often.

If you find one, send me a msg. I'd love to play as well.

Those games are a little out of my roll but the insight is interesting! Next time I’m playing at resorts world I’ll try to get a low stakes list going.

I believe public live games are extinct in Cebu from what I hear but others will be able to provide concrete answers.

I've been playing the 50/100 and 100/200 NLH a few times in the past week, one of only a couple of foreigners at the table so maybe we played together? Are you Aussie by chance?

Yes, the PLO games often don't get going at Metro often but on busy weekend nights it's not uncommon.

My partner - also a poker player - suggests you try GG Poker. She said they spread a daily 25/50 PLO game in addition to the high stakes game they host every night. Both PLO and NLH games at GG tend to start later in the day so visit their website or Facebook page to see if a game is going at the moment.

Coming to Manila bay next month for a 2 week holiday. How is the volcano eruption affecting the area?

It's a bit dusty in Manila but that is the only real fallout we notice and even that is decreasing every day. As long as there isn't some major eruption going forward you won't even notice it next month.

There is a fairly new poker club in Cebu which is supposed to be good - they have a live page on Facebook, try searching Voyager Poker Club. Anyway my friend is there right now and says it's good, both with regards to action and to staff.

Unless you are Korean or a Danish guy who absolutely loves Donald Trump, I don't think we've played together. I play 50/100 pretty much exclusively. Super white Canadian guy.

I'm neither Korean nor Danish nor a MAGA lover, but I realize I likely did see you there last night. I was at the 100/200 table and you sat down at the nearby 50/100 table for awhile. Somebody at my table (Mark) pointed you out and said "the guy wearing the red shirt is from Canada too".

Anyway, I'm from Vancouver and if you're there on Thursday I'll walk over and say hi.

I think you mean exit clearance. But yea can just go immigration office(or use agent) and extend and extend(and pay) every two months(or six)... Most nationalities can stay up to three years this way(and then they can just do visa run to other country and start again).
