haha, it was me, enjoyed the heated toilet seat, plentiful paper towels, and the cleanliness. every time someone finishes using the bathroom, a staff goes in and cleans it. just amazing.

Gramercy is pretty amazing and would highly recommend a short/long term stay there. It has everything you need, including a fantastic location. Would 100% be my location on return Manila visits.

Weird how I never see central as bars recommended to go to in Manila. Easily the best talent for women and very little working girls.

Went to two places in Gramercy. One was nearly perfect...Had these smaller bugs that came out occasionally but not a big deal. Second one was spotless.

The one spot in BGC, in a fancy apt, had roaches.

I also went to another spotless place near Gramercy, within the Oxford Suites...The place was absolutely beautiful.

Every place I booked was over $100/cad a night FYI.

which floor were the 2 units? maybe roaches are more present in lower floor...

I had a really big loft on the 66th floor which had these smaller bugs that came out occasionally but wasn’t a big deal. And the spotless one was a smaller studio on the 46th floor.

i think its just totally dependant who your neighbours are and its just potlock.

im currently renting from siglo suites and havent seen one in 1 month. But my neighbours have a very large turnover of guests so their condos get cleaned regular. Ive moved into places on similar floor where i had to move out to hotel on the same day due to so many cockroaches.

Obviously staying as far away from the bins is probably important also
