I don't think I can deposit pesos on wirex, especially not without a bank account.

I went to BDO today, and you need passport, 1 other id, and ACR there. But the ACR card cannot be tourist, must be residence or work.

Did you manage to open with ACR as tourist within the last 2 years?

If anyone is looking for an investment or even place to live, one bedroom no longer fits in my plans as is not enough room for three

I have two units in Trion Tower BGC that will sell at good price.

One is fully renovated and my current residence so move in ready. I would need a couple months to move. Price depends on furnishing and appliances that will remain, but is around 8.8M with everything.

Trion Tower 2
19th floor
1 bedroom with balcony
unit - 50.85 sqm
balcony - 4.60 sqm
total - 55.45 sqm

The other is contract on unit with turn over projected for Q2 2019.

Current developer list price is 9.5M.

My asking price is in line with what I paid in 2014. Can do either full cash sale or cash out to me now with balance due to developer 01May2019.

Trion Tower 3
31st floor
1 bedroom with balcony
unit - 50.85 sqm
balcony - 4.60 sqm
total - 55.45 sqm

I would expect them to rent at about 45k/month. A bit less per sqm than say Serendra but those units are about 25% more to buy if I recall from when was looking.

I did new wood cabinets, inverter appliances, walk in closet, huge washer, etc. when renovated one I’m living in so it might rent bit higher.

The unit in TT3 will come with more like range, aircon so not as much input to have rental ready.

Yes with the exception of BPI atms where you can take out 20k, and HSBC you can take out 40k. Search 'makati enterprise centre' on google maps there's a HSBC there, also it's a lower fee.

I went to immigration to extend 29 more days, but I cannot find the visa extention stamp. Is this normal or did they forgot to stamp my passport? Lol.

There is no stamp for your first extension, you get a visa waiver in a paper form which you need to bring with you for your first real visa before day 59 or when you leave the country. You probably had to sign somewhere that you have acknowledged that.

I'm losing it, for some reason when you said you extended I thought you were in Pattaya. LOL

So you like the Phils better and will stay there?

I just miss the food in Thailand. If we could replace the girls with Filipinas...

Literally had to go to like 5 places to find it here in Jakarta. Don't even have it here in the cinema. Was ready for my flight back to Manila in a couple days.

I hope you're wrong.

Haha yep diet sodas don't appear to be very popular and that's all across Asia, I don't know exactly what it is. Still available everywhere in Hong Kong but only expats and tourists are drinking it
