im looking to go somewhere for world cup. What city has the best sports bars in your opinion with a lot of seats + tvs for games?

cebu = sports bars are just dead here
manila = seems to only be hnj which is good sports bar and dont want to live in that bar 24/7 (howzat is alright)

How about bkk/cambodia/vietnm?

Yeh whenever I’m in Cebu I go semifinal... but I don’t know ... not exactly a busy bar I want to watch World Cup at. Want a bit of atmosphere...everywhere in mango is just dead unless Saturday exactly... then it’s half dead

Nonsense, they take you over to the onsite "immigration office", a counter to collect money, you pay the fine and roll, done it a few times. They're never gonna say go and comeback once you get it straightened out.
Your exit clearance is the money, they love overstayers, it's a moneymaker.

are there any poker rooms in Subic bay? Also what is the rake like in the Philippines? Do they use dollars for chip values or pesos or some thing like for a 2/5 game something like 100/265 PHP? More math is all I need.
You would think there would be poker in Subic with the Navy Base right there, plus all the ex Military ex pats living there.

they use peso values for chips, and you guessed it right they were unable to make it a 100-200 pesos game because they love you Americans so much so we play stuff like 100/265 and 511/1378

Do we get any probs when we immigrate ? I found something in the thread about flyonwoards but when i googled it i just saw "SCAM" here and there.

It is a scam now. They will take your money and not book a flight.

Immigration is easy, the problem is that you wont be allowed to check in for your flight to manila without a flight out of the country.

All that these sites are doing is ordering you a refundable ticket then canceling it after 24 or 48 hours. If you want to save the 20 dollars you can do it yourself, or if it's not worth it just find another site to do it for you.

One time I was flying from LA and completely forgot to get a return flight, the airline just booked one for me and set it to refund after a week. Charged something like 700 usd on my card but then refunded it 100%.
