As are the vast majority of North, Middle and South Americans, and, yes, Asians. There are a few bad apples that you find everywhere. And poverty and the availability of guns amplify problems with them. In a country like PH. Or the US. Or Mexico, or Brazil etc. Not a lot to do with culture
