Was in surigao... so quite far from Manila... I felt it in Davao(also not so near even though both in Mindanao)... lights where just shaking but no real damage here atleast

what speed are you getting?
i saw they are promoting the building as a "fiber building".
in europe my building is also a fiber building, i'm getting 1GB/s downstream and 100 mbits upstream , i wonder how much the top condos are getting in Makati.

i was going to say, might as well use a 4G dongle ! but i remember in Manila i've always had 3G 4G problems in high rise. I wonder why passed the 20th floor, the connection sucks, makes no sense as there are no obstacle at this altitude

3G/4G is almost always awful to me in Manila no matter where, in any case I havent been getting any disconnects with the fiber line, so at least its reliable and live streaming works well

can stream 720/1080 and HD football fine

- most reliable 4G SIM card? And where to buy it, what plan Dont care about speed that much, I need to be reachable on skype 24/7
- anything I should know about taxis, at the airport and in town ? Are they scammy ?
- best way to change my USD and THB for pesos ? ATMs, do they charge fees ?
- can I buy kamagra in pharmacies ? can I bring some over ?
-any healthy food place that delivers ?

Yea some taxis try to to get fixed price, so allways ask meter or use uber and grab. And offcourse there are some 'airport' taxis that tends to be bit more expensive. Better just bring dollars(Aka change your bahts in Thailand allready) as not necessarily so good exhange rate for bahts... But many moneychangers to choose from(just check the rates and safety) and even Manila airport has decent rates.

PE just got one last week, the lady quizzed him, he said he has an online business. She asked for proof.

He has set up a company, so he was able to show the papers, company bank statement, contract agreement, she said ok and took his application. Got passport back the next day with visa in.
