I'm looking for an all inclusive resort not in Jamaica or Hawaii. It must have;
A lazy river
Swim up bar
Good food
Under $4k usd for a week
It doesn't require a casino or poker. Thanks I'm trying to book a trip this winter so any advice will be greatly appreciated.

not an expert or anything, but really love hard rock punta cana. I wouldn't say food is great though!

So far I'm leaning towards Velas Vallarta. It has a direct flight from Detroit and is only about $2,100 usd per person. Has anyone been there?

Go to the Riveria Mya. You can go for the fraction of the cost that you are budgeting for.
