From reading the instructions, there is no bonus code. You have to use the signup button and earn 100 My Player Points to become eligible for the book bonus. It is impossible for me to earn that many MPPs with just a $20 deposit, so I decided not to deposit any money with WPT.

I used to think you can't even withdraw with only that much left. In any case, it's probably for the best. Crypto sites charge 1$ for every withdraw, so even if you could withdraw that, you'd be paying AT LEAST 5% of your entire bankroll on that alone.
