Sky poker and Everest seems to be very easy to clear. Could I just make them now but do not choose the books. So I can get some future books when they are out and put in the bonus list, eg Negreanu's book or professional NL vol 2.

Highly unlikely you'll see DN's book here - it's published by Cardoza.

Yes, you can wait to redeem your book bonus ... however, with the exception of German translations, nothing is scheduled to be added to the bonus program for at least the next 6 months.

What does this "bonus doesn't expire" mean? Is it
1. Once you've cleared the bonus, you can choose the books later, or
2. You can clear the bonus after the site's deadline for their bonus is over?

Probably need an official response, but I think this is true too. It might be different from site to site, but I would think that as long as you sign up from the links on the 2+2 bonus program page, whenever you get around to fulfilling the book bonus requirements you should still be eligible for them.
